Jasmine rice with green soya bean kernels in soy sauce!

Serves: 2

Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Cooking Time: 0 minutes

Ingredients:

2 cups boiled jasmine rice

2 cups green soya bean kernels

1 cup tomatoes, finely chopped

1 head of lettuce, chopped

1 tablespoons soy sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well.

2. Transfer the salad to two serving bowls.
